DEPRECATION of api/v1/upload/<id>/data/ endpoint

We are deprecating the api/v1/upload/<id>/data/ endpoint. We saw a partial outage yesterday due to abuse of this endpoint and moved to quickly mitigate it. As a part of that mitigation we just rolled out a new endpoint api/v1/upload/<id>/url/ which returns a URL with the data (see documentation here: https://developer.dromo.io/api#tag/uploads/operation/getUploadUrl).

Most of you will not need to do anything since it's not a commonly used API. For those who are using this endpoint you will see a 410 error and will need to migrate to the new endpoint.
