New sheet override setting

We have added a new setting to specify which sheet you would like to import when your users import multi-sheet Excel workbooks.

This allows your users to skip the sheet selection step if a matching sheet is found. If no matching sheet exists, the user selects a sheet as normal.

The sheetOverride setting is located under the uploadStep section. You can find out more in the docs.
