New step skipping options in Schema Builder

We have added new options directly to the Schema Builder so you your users can easily skip import steps that aren't needed.

The first option, "Always use first row for headers," is equivalent to setting the matchingStep.headerRowOverride setting to 0. This will bypass the header selection step.

The second option, "Remember mapped headers and values," is equivalent to setting autoMapHeaders to true. Whenever you upload a file that has the same headers as a previously uploaded file, the same column mapping will be used, bypassing the column matching step.
