Setting to disable adding or removing rows

By default, users can add new rows or remove existing rows from the import data during the review step. This may not always be desirable if you always want a 1:1 mapping between rows in the file or initialData. You can now disable the user's ability to add or remove rows with the reviewStep.allowAddingRows and reviewStep.allowRemovingRows settings.
